I like the prospect of him and Godfrey under Tarkowski and Coady, they’d both offer pace too if we needed to switch to a back 3, something neither of the current 2 have a lot of.

Please God no.
Holgate and Godfrey are terrible footballers - very limited football ability with a guaranteed mistake per game. Good athletes - Godfrey in particular a likeable lad - but not footballers - and certainly not the level we need. Get rid of them both asap and upgrade.
