Look at the names of the accounts. They are not English fans. Random freaks from around the world. That's the problem with social media. What is unacceptable and thankfully much rarer in the UK is still rife in other countries. They all have direct access to abuse players. Not sure why they'd want to be on social media to be honest. People just don’t think social media is real life they think they can say whatever they want hiding behind a fake name it sounds silly but loads of them won’t be racist at all they’re just stupid and they’re trying to get a reaction by saying the worst thing they can think of even if they don’t think it at all it’s just the way the world is it’s really sad.

It was a bad tackle. However, there are often bad tackles. Not sure why they keep mentioning Everton. He committed the tackle playing for Sheff. Utd.

There are plenty of racist English fans. Are you insinuating it's only overseas accounts that do this?

Uk fans are not as bad as they used to be, because they know they face a public backlash if they are found out. It still seems more openly accepted abroad.

I worked with a french lad who was openly racist, even in the office.

I've also worked in the middle east where they openly told my work colleague "why did your company send an Indian when we wanted a white". He was from Crawley.

I've been to a few Everton away games and have heard racist abuse by our fans towards other fans and other players on the majority of them. It's everywhere.
