If Koeman doesn't see him as a CB, i'd breed him as a holding mid. He makes so many brilliant tackles and he has a bit of pace about him. And apart from today, he usually can pick a pass.
I think he's being played as a RB out of necessity. I think Koeman sees him as a CB. Think he would do OK as a DM...probably not dynamic enough other than in a pinch.
Said it a few times I think right side of a back three is ideal right now at his development level.

It's no surprise that he played his best football at RB when Bolasie was ahead of him. I think CB will ultimately be where he ends up. Needs to put on mass in the summer.

Could make a decent center half alright and is gaining experience. Is poor at right back offensively and would like to see him replace jags in center for last couple matches.

Very few center defenders make it as a top defensive midfielders. Looks like a center half only to me but could be a decent 1 as you say he has pace and seems to like a tackle.

ok, but the point I am making is that he is a professional footballer with supposedly skills far greater than you and me. There was a couple of times yesterday I could of provided a better cross and ive got a particularly dodgy knee
he is a centre back end of -doing a great job!
It's not a requirement for a pro football player to be able to cross though is it? If he was good at crossing he'd be a RB not a CB wouldn't he. Just like saying I can do a flip-flap why can't a pro footballer like Wes Morgan do one.
