Credit to your academy mate, seems to turn out some fine players.

Hope our relationship with you works to both our benefit.
Must admit that i thought he had left us far too early and would just end up out on loan in the championship for a few years. Really pleased to see he has taken his chance. Think we have a nice sell on percentage again, so give it 2 or 3 years and we will be cashing in again.

Do you have more gems to send us, noticed you have sold a player to swansea. Did we miss out?

Holgate had seized his chance and he coving for coleman, Koeman!an seems to have taken a shine to him as well. Not sure if he ready for CB yet

Alfie Mawson was only signed by us last season, he is 22 so isnt really one for development team. He has great potential and like the other 2 is a ball playing centre half. Interesting that Swansea as a replacement for Ashley Williams is where he has gone, but he needs to be around the first team straight away given his age.

We still have James Bree who is 18 or so and throughout his time at the academy has always been rated higher than Stones. A recurring theme is that he has only played for the first team as a right back, like the other two, although he is described as a central midfielder.

I've heard that he's like a young right footed bale the soton version and he's expected to push up to right wing true?

Do you want Mcgeady?

Or....

Oumar-Niasse.jpg

Surely he won't be better in the middle of the defence than at right back? He looks class going forward.

He has an eye for a player, would make a great scout as he could talk any player into signing for the club.
Agree completely and would be happy to see him working in that capacity at some point. Will never happen though.

Although given his eye for a player, the gem that is Niasse does really make you wonder. A cynic would say this was a pension enhancing business decision by someone....
