Im just hoping that the result and the truly dismal effort will make them think “maybe we need to spend” and find a way round it.

As it stands I’m just concerned, won’t go down m, but could easily be down there this season.

I must have missed them.
In the away end I didn't hear any.
After the 60 grand chant any atmosphere died a death except one short spell in second half when some fella in yellow started riling the mancs.

I'm still in sad mode personally so I'm too busy feeling sorry for myself to get too worked up about things.

My head is telling me that it's been a very disruptive start to the season with various competitions, a new manager, a frustrating transfer window, not to mention non football related incidents. Plus there's nearly 3 weeks to the transfer window ending, so it's going to be 4-5 games into the season before things settle down.

But there are 3 things that concern me. What I've seen thus far has been very poor. No arguments. It's been the same negative slow predictable football that we got used to for most of last season. And we have a fixture list that gives us an ideal opportunity for a flying start to the season. Miss out on that and we could already be in trouble going into a tough run of fixtures in the Autumn.

I agree in general with that, however, we could be 5-0 up and still people post stuff about iwobi, Pickford holgate etc

we’ve not lost anything yet, window still open and we have good players. It’s going to get lively I’m sure

We're gone, the only hope I have is three worse teams, and that's pushing it as at least most of them have unity, unfortunately the basket case that defines us says we're finished, gone, kaput....

If you think differently well good for you, there's nothing there though, absolute shambles of a squad, crap and dog turd biscuits right from A to Z.

When you appoint a manager and even blue bill struggles to find words to welcome him, that's a bloody terrible time to be an Evertonian.
