Don't see it myself mate, they develop him for another couple seasons and he carries on playing well, few caps for England they'll be looking for £60-70m+. They have other players I think they'll sell before him. This will be the year Sancho goes

Reports that theyve also lowered their asking price for Sancho to £82mil (approx).

If only we could sneak 4th lol

Even if we sneak 4th we aren't getting Snacho for £82m haha, we would go for thebudget option in Leon Bailey and i'd still be delighted with that. Can see Chelsea splashing out on Sancho and maybe sending Pulisic back

Id rather we just signed Aarons + another Nkounkou type on the right.

Then play a diamond or 3 at the back.

Use the rest of the money in the centre rather than spreading it around.

It's James McCarthy/Holgate at centre half syndrome. Confusing someone being the only player in the squad with certain attributes with them being a great player in their own right.

Anyway, no idea whether Aarons would be any good for us as he has gone completely under my radar. So did Godfrey though, and he's been a pleasant surprise.

Compare him to our other midfielders. Also you do realise he has been doing a job covering for the likes of Sig, James and Gomes? He is capable of ball carrying, scoring goals and has the legs we desperately lack without him. I will say it again he has been one of our best players this season
