I like it the extra man will make all the difference!!

It's interesting because I'm torn between loads of formations. I suppose it depends who we bring in during the summer. I think Doucoure and Allan could play as a 2 in a 4-4-2 but then than means no place for James unless he plays right wing or as a 2nd striker with Richarlison on the left.

The 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1 are both good options also but I like the idea of 3 at the back as well. The diamond would potentially get the best out of James and Sigurdsson could be useful cover.

So many possibilities!

For me its some derivative of 352 or a 442 midfield diamond.

Can focus on quality over quantity.

I think with a diamond or 3 at the back then we should be able to just sign 3 or 4 players really.

For example, Aarons, Bastoni, Camavinga and Bellingham would be an epic window.

CB + RB + DM + CM

Those 4 positions filled with young players and we'd be a different side.

writing down fantasy formations isn't what I call dreaming really, more a waste of energy.

Over 50% return in under 12months for a club needing to make sales?

I think if we offered that today they would accept. Different ball game if they suddenly go on a winning streak and get champions league though.
