me to, looked online and says no auto renewal registered, cant find anywhere to renew, just to register interest
I updated my password and updated the expiry date of my credit card, which it refused to accept. Finally got it to accept the actual credit card by deleting it and readding it with the new expiry date. Now I apparently have no membership, no membership history and nothing to auto-renew and the link to buying Official Memberships goes to a 404 page on the new website.
 
Anyone’s membership auto renewed or do you have to sign up again?
Not a clue what’s going on, the payment was taken for 3 auto renewals last week, got 3 separate emails today telling me to sign up. Logged into account through the app and it said I had no active memberships. By the time they came through, the box office was closed. Hopefully I can get through relatively easy tomorrow

Yeah had the same email as well. Says they aren’t doing auto renewals when I clicked that. You have to sign in on your account and then purchase another year for the membership for £35.00. This then renews your existing membership.

But I’ve already paid. I had earlier emails reminding me to make sure my details and card info was up to date for the auto-renewal.

This was the email I received after I confirmed everything was ok for the auto renewal.

The payments were taken last Wednesday

They have taken my money but not given me a renewal

Seems a few others having the same problem

Just posting to echo everyone's experience. Payment taken, password updated. Log in and no memberships.
Added depth of nonsense is if I click a link on a club email the corresponding page won't open unless I use a VPN (I'm in the UK). I really hope this takeover sees a level of competence yet to be witnessed by long-suffering Evertonians.
