Just checked - money was deducted on 17.06 but still says no current membership when logged in on the site.

I had the same for my daughters, had to ring up and do it on the phone, the lady said she didn't know why it hadn't renewed? But did it there and then on the phone

I'm trying to renew online and it keeps faulting out even though all my details are correct. Has anyone else had this?
10am to members with 15+ prem games from last season. Any remaining tickets go on sale to remaining members on Wednesday at 10 and then if anything is left then it goes to general sale on Thursday at 10.
I want a couple, I have 11 so will be in the second tranche but daughter only has a couple, I'm hoping I can buy a couple on weds, really want her to get to see a lively crowd/game in the lower Gwlads. Not sure I'll get them :-(
Me too. Paying all sorts to be in with a chance to get a few severely obstructed seats.
I've just sent a scathing complaint over this new allocation policy. Paid to be a member for priority access, struggled to get tickets last season if you weren't online for exactly 10 am on day of sale. Now they are doing it in tranches, which wasn't mentioned prior to auto renewal. Club making it harder and harder every season for non ST holders, to get tickets. The way they have set this up just facilitates online touts who sell at inflated prices. Now no way of moving up the ST waiting list, as even though tier 1, there is an element of ticket purchase as well.

The new membership system is a bloody joke. I have been a member since it began but only went to a couple of matches last season due to illness then a major operation needed. Tried to get a ticket today for Brighton but sold out. I am on tier 1 (1-500 season ticket list) for the new ground but I will put money on they will change the rules and regulations for a season ticket for next season .
