Stunning pics. Vee.I'm trying not to let Everton get me down. I'm still optimistic about staying up this season. We'll see! I've decided to spend more time taking nature/outdoor pics. I haven't done that in a while. Here are a few I took.
These mountains are just north of Vegas. I can see part of them from my driveway. It took me 10 mins to get to my photo spot to shoot.
The first pic is from last week after the rain/snow we got and the other 2 are from yesterday after it REALLY snowed!
The peak closest in the pics is 6k feet elevation. Supposedly, you can hike to the top from the backside, takes 5 hours. The area in the foreground of these pics is called Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument. Scientists believe it contains the most Ice Age fossils in the world.

fantatic.Mrs J wants us to visit Las vegas and California ( I fancy California but my vision of LV is that it will be a bit tacky and blingy - and we don't gamble ) .
