Well we don't do the tourist thing at home so hard to determine but I think it is much more expensive to eat out at a top restaurnt here than the UK not as expensive as the cads latest ,no .If you google LIDL.fi you can see the prices here and the pictures are the same . Wages wise the trades are better paid than in the UK but the cost of living is high as are the taxes ,on that note I like high taxes because the government then has money to use .Calling for low/lower taxes and expecting the best .........Looks like you are having a great time mate. I really enjoyed the cruise to Norway. Did you take any trips inland? Scenery equally gorgeous to the fjords.
Best way to visit IMO , lovely country but like RS are finding out with midfielders, insanely expensive.
Are the prices the same in Finland @blue1948 ? You must earn mega bucks in Scandinavia.
Crazy in the Jazzy household today. Mrs J has arranged for the kitchen and utility room floors to be professionally cleaned meaning I'm looking after the dogs locked in my study and Rosie goes mad every time she hears a noise.
Have a lovely day everyone, it's sure to be better than mine lol
Not raining here , which is a start Pete. Can see little bits of blue poking through the cloudsAbsolutely beautiful weather in the Midlands this afternoon, hope everyone is enjoying similar…..
If it is little bits then it probably is me .Not raining here , which is a start Pete. Can see little bits of blue poking through the clouds
Oh me too, it upset me the amount of abuse he got when he obviously has such a good heartHello again. Just wanted to drop by to say I am so happy that Tom Davies has found a club. He's a good lad and I really want this move to work out for him.
Cert to score at Goodison.Hello again. Just wanted to drop by to say I am so happy that Tom Davies has found a club. He's a good lad and I really want this move to work out for him.
You’re right, my DNA came back 11% Sweden and Denmark,( probably explains why I like York so much lol) that’s the reason Fred calls me H, short for Helga the Horrible. As you have Viking DNA too, there’s two of us now, so he’d better watch his step.Late check in from me today. Although retired I very occasionally do a session for the mental health law team and this morning it was first time on site after covid which felt very strange. Got home at lunch and it was too good a day to spend indoors so Mr P and I had an afternoon in Lytham. Lovely walk along the seafront and coffee and a cakey treat. Lovely pics of the cruise aren’t they - I’m sensing a story behind @Gwladysover and the Vikings - do share, as I have Sweden and Denmark dna (as do probably most brits maybe?) so I’m developing an interest including using the rowing machine at the gym in case I’m ever called upon .
enjoy the rest of the day folks
