(I had to Googe that). I had to google thatGood afternoon all. Overtime successfully completed. Have also cut the grass for the first time this year. It looks so much better and It's just started raining so excellent timing! Son has got the appointment for the MRI scan on his foot - next Wednesday so the timescales are being stuck to so far as promised.
Did you watch Oppenheimer @Armaghtoffee? what did you think. I liked it and can see how it won so many awards but a lot of the tension is about if we get this wrong we could destroy the world . Well we all know that didn't happen because here we all are, chatting about Everton on an internet forum. I hope Mrs @blueloon is continuing her recovery.
I had my first physio session on Friday for my allegedly arthritic foot. The physio was lovely. He said you absolutely do not have arthritis and showed me my Xrays. He said the wear and tear on the bones is entirely commensurate with age and complimented me on the 'really nice cartilage' between the joints in my foot. That's a first! Anyway he thinks I've overloaded my ankle joint and it has lost some dorsiflexion (I had to Googe that). He gave me some stretchy elastic bands and I have exercises to do. He also said carry on going to the gym so I'm back next week.
Enjoy your Sunday x

How did your other team get on AT ?A wet Monday to welcome in the week. Spirits remain high though after the weekendās results and please God we can nick a point this evening.
Iām sure Pep slept well last night and will skip into today![]()
Won easily. Blitzed Fermanagh in the first 20 minutes and the remainder was like a training match. Semi-final at the end of the month against our lovely neighbours Down to look forward to now.How did your other team get on AT ?
Did you not notice the RS losing to Palace? Surely that was much funnier?Won easily. Blitzed Fermanagh in the first 20 minutes and the remainder was like a training match. Semi-final at the end of the month against our lovely neighbours Down to look forward to now.
Funniest bit of the day was the Rangers game on pre match on the TV. Never thought I would find myself in a bar seemingly packed with Ross County fans.
OMG!!! Remind me never to go to the Amazon rainforest. You can google googe, but perhaps best not to look it up in the urban dictionary
I know you will, so I'll wait.![]()
Years ago ago a friend went for physio on a bad back. Before examining her to asses the problem the first thing he said was ā What lovely underwear!ā She promptly got dressed and left, the clinic still sent her a bill though!Sounds like he was chatting you up there Anjā¦the manās got a foot fetishā¦ā¦
No signal in the ground at all but yes much hilarity on hearing the score when back at the car. They really have made a mess the last couple of weeks and itās great to see.Did you not notice the RS losing to Palace? Surely that was much funnier?
