Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Good afternoon all. Overtime successfully completed. Have also cut the grass for the first time this year. It looks so much better and It's just started raining so excellent timing! Son has got the appointment for the MRI scan on his foot - next Wednesday so the timescales are being stuck to so far as promised.
Did you watch Oppenheimer @Armaghtoffee? what did you think. I liked it and can see how it won so many awards but a lot of the tension is about if we get this wrong we could destroy the world . Well we all know that didn't happen because here we all are, chatting about Everton on an internet forum. I hope Mrs @blueloon is continuing her recovery.
I had my first physio session on Friday for my allegedly arthritic foot. The physio was lovely. He said you absolutely do not have arthritis and showed me my Xrays. He said the wear and tear on the bones is entirely commensurate with age and complimented me on the 'really nice cartilage' between the joints in my foot. šŸ¤£ That's a first! Anyway he thinks I've overloaded my ankle joint and it has lost some dorsiflexion (I had to Googe that). He gave me some stretchy elastic bands and I have exercises to do. He also said carry on going to the gym so I'm back next week.

Enjoy your Sunday x

Watched the first 90 mins of Oppenheimer last night and just about to finish it off. Itā€™s excellent but at the same time very chilling.

How did your other team get on AT ?
Won easily. Blitzed Fermanagh in the first 20 minutes and the remainder was like a training match. Semi-final at the end of the month against our lovely neighbours Down to look forward to now.

Funniest bit of the day was the Rangers game on pre match on the TV. Never thought I would find myself in a bar seemingly packed with Ross County fans.

Did you not notice the RS losing to Palace? Surely that was much funnier?
