Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Between 7.20 and 7.25am this morning the hailstone was horrendous. The noise in the house as it beat against the windows etc was incredible, I’ve never heard anything like it, everywhere was white but now we have a beautiful sunny day …..
Reached here at about 8.30 just as the children were going to school, luckily our school run is by car and it had eased off by the time we got there. Felt so sorry for the ones who had to walk, they were drenched.

The weather has been mad today, we’ve driven back from Kent in extremes of rain, hail, wind and glorious sunshine with temperatures ranging from 6.5 to 12, it was quite a journey. The best bit was the number of Red Kites we saw while driving on the M40 - they were spectacular- we must have seen at least 20. Now sat in front of tv with fire on watching the build up to the game. Our friends in London are big Chelsea fans so I’m relieved they moved the game to tonight.

We must all have done a lot of very bad things in our previous lives to be subjected to supporting this disgrace of a football team.

Alan Ball , Dixie , Brian Labone and all the other legends that played for this once great club must be turning in their graves.

Shambolic from Moshiri to Dyche to the losers that he selects.

Feel so sorry for the young fans that made the trip to London.

I was just saying that on the way up the motorway we saw several coaches from the official supporters club and others going to the game. If ever a set of fans deserved an award Everton ones do. That performance was shameful

If we can’t score, and now apparently can’t defend, exactly what is Dyche for…6 bleeding Nil….sorry for the bad language, but dear god what is the point…..

I’ve had some low times in my time following Everton, I was at the 86 final when we won our only European trophy,

I was a season ticket holder when Mike Walker was our manager, but I don’t think I have been so despondent as what we are going through now, points deduction but the biggest thing is ownership we have never had a owner like the present one, he wants to sell us to a joke and corrupt company, I honestly don’t know how we are getting out of this dilemma

I did mean to say I’ve had some great times following the blues, remember when the players use to play for the shirt

The day after the night before and I still don't believe it .

The capitulation, the levels of incompetence, I just don't know where to begin.

Add in in the financial.
turmoil and lack of leadership and I genuinely don't know where our club is going.

Shameful , mind you we've got a beautiful half built stadium . Will we ever have a team for to grace it?

Morning everyone, well that felt like a bad dream last night but in reality has been a nightmare of a season and sadly could get much worse on and off the pitch.

Probably best to adopt Fred's approach and ignore our travails but honestly I don't know how he does it.

Let's hope the weather is better. High winds and heavy rain yesterday. I had a meeting in Southport and was drenched and blown away in equal measure. Thought I'd pop into the new vinyl record shop but it's closed on a Monday! Anyway I went to my old favorite Legacy Records and picked up a pristine copy of Blue by Joni Mitchell and the Suzanne Vega debut album so I've something to look forward to later.

Try and have a lovely day everyone.
