Morning guys, miserable again in the Midlands. It was my daughters birthday Wednesday and it’s my wife’s birthday today. I’ve booked a table for everyone tomorrow for a celebratory meal. Extra special this year as my daughters partner proposed to her on her birthday, so a triple celebration this year…have a great day all……

Morning all, the weather is rubbish here, cloudy, windy and cold. Had a good day with the grandkids yesterday . Odd how things change, something so ordinary to me as a child, i.e a bus ride , is a rare treat for them. They stayed for tea and then played schools, one of Jess’s favourites, probably because she gets to be the teacher. She’s very strict, rules her class with a rod of iron but I did get a “star of the week” certificate for being a good role model, Grandad got a detention for talking in class. lol

Beautiful sunny day here

What a night last night.

Great Chinese and the McCartney gig was the most fun concert I've been to in absolutely flipping ages.

All the hits and a few obscure tracks. Brilliantly sung and played. Lovely theatre the Atkinson too. Just a great night and not one mention of Klopp or the RS out of my RS mate's mouth.

This getting old lark is not good, playing footie all my life and walking when I was a postie probably has a lot to do with it.

….despite some negatives, I do think being fit in your younger years still helps more when you’re older.
