I watched Elf at my last employed Christmas Do in 2014. I had never seen it before and the rest all seem to have had. Popcorn and sweets and all the vibes and I choked up watching it. Lost myself in the film and found my childhood when I least expected it.

*edit since self employed, employed, now self employed again and it’s going well 😀

Just put her to bed downstairs as she cannot manage the staircase yet, so exercise and walking will be the order of the day tomorrow. Obviously she doesn’t understand what’s going on so I will be sitting up for a few hours to check on her sleep…
 
Good morning all on this miserable day here .I hope all slept well and had a good night .I think it was a good result yesterday they were second in the league so it was a hard game for anyone ,I do though think we carry a couple of players and could be much better set up . It has been a bad year for me nature wise ,firstly I still haven't found the never seen six-toed Wolverine and secondly the Weasel I posted was in fact a stoat !! The one that was used to make the most expensive of furs -ermine . I hope all have a great day in the lead up to Xmas .
We had to buy a birthday card and I was shocked to see the range ,nice to see there is a market for the higher range :-IMG_20241219_103516.webp

Morning chums,

Off to do mum's shopping and pick up a few bits for us - doesn't everyone go mad this time of year.

Very good birthday meal out yesterday - bit of sea bass and prawns in a flambeed butter sauce - and then a few glasses of vino and the Death in Paradise Christmas special ( don't like the new detective, but I say that every time).

Weather looking very mild for Christmas so just might kill 2 birds with one stone but moving some compost on Boxing Day so a bit of gardening but more importantly some much needed exercise to get rid of too much food and drink calories.

Then it will be back in the gym on 28th.

Wonderful to see Kay back home with @peteblue . Bet @Barnfred 55 is up to his eyes with ironing and preparing for his incredible holiday.

I wouldn’t be buying any of the 90 year old cards for anyone. They look like it says Go on them. Could be enough to get you written out of a potential will.
