Thanks, Jazzy. You too. I need to remind myself about the gentle workout, while I exercise a few times while in Costa Rica. I haven’t lifted any weights in almost two weeks so I am going have to be careful with those, instead of my eager usual self.

I’m sure the Encanto producers never thought they would have a following among Evertonians ?

Just had a call from Cal's best friend in Liverpool and she's a really good laugh. There's another friend and together they were known as the three amigos. Whenever they got together they had an absolute hoot. The last proper party we had about 10 years ago I brought out the "orgasm shots" and these 2 had multiple. They went missing for about 10 minutes and when I went looking for them one of them was crashed out on the loo with her knickers still around her ankles and the other had fallen into the bath and couldn't get out because she was laughing so much. lol

Anyway, my mood is much improved after that phone call as you can probably tell.

Okay, Fred. After this story I’m very curious about the recipe for the shots. I’m thinking New Years Eve may be a good day to give those a try.

Just done my Encanto research and to say I'm disappointed is a massive understatement.

It's a bloody animation!!!!

Yeah I know it's about Colombia but my god I thought it was going to be a new Emmanuelle movie or something.

Lol, poor Jazzy. Having a young daughter I knew it was an animated film so blame @blue1948 for the sassy expectations ?

If I watched that I'm not sure Sassy would be the first thing to spring to my mind. No offence Sass. ;)
