Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

@Barnfred 55

Good to read some sharpey reminiscing there Fred , always found him a gent . Someone who seemed to have time for blues whatever the circumstances as many of that great side do. Joe royle is another an absolute legend to whom Nothing is too much trouble . Although for some reason unpopular on this forum Osman seems to be going in a similar direction as many of those that as gone before him .

It’s great to see you’ve retained those memories.
Leon Osman is a member of Bannatyne gym in Skelmersdale. Still looks in great shape and fit enough to play and is always pleasant when members engage him in conversation.

Anybody interested in finding out a bit more about Cornwall should be watching Rick Steins Cornwall. On daily at 6.30 on Beeb 2. Really good watching. In my neck of the woods The Helford River right now.
Watched them all Fred and loved him for the stuff he eats ,none of this michelin star is the only way to eat rubbish.

Arghhhhhhhhh, I've just spend the last hour answering to everybody and I'm not sure what in the heck happened but I just I lost everything, I'm so frustrated. And while I want to write everything down again the truth is that I'm exhausted as it was a full day for me at work and I have been dealing with a lot of panicking students that are trying to enroll at the last minute. For the next two weeks it is going to be madness but I will try to catch up tomorrow again.

Good night lovely people!

Good morning everyone on this wonderful day ,I hope all is fine and dandy for each and every one of you .Nothing much happening on the home front today as it is a bank holiday ,maybe I will venture out but at -8°with a chill factor taking it to -15° it wont be too long .
I watched a film yesterday with Liam Neeson "The ice road " and it was the poorest plot ever ,I hope he was well paid for it !
Have a fantastic day .COYB.

Good on you!

Hope your headache has eased a little over the day.
Looking forward to trying them again lol unfortunately my heads been excruciatingly bad, not quite a migraine but not far off, I've got a piercing pain on the right side over my head, terrible night it was. Haven't had a headache like this for a few months, forgot how bad it can get. It is all coming from a trigger point in my shoulder, I feel like my shoulder is in a vulcan death grip lol not that I know Dr Spok of course lol

I could do with shifting this headache if I'm honest it's very painful. Not much I can do just got to suck it up and try and hope the painkillers work, I've been rubbing gel in as well but nothing seems t be helping.

I'm just going to chill again today see if I can sleep it off.

It's a cold one out there today. I don't care I'm going to pig out on chocolate later lol

Hope everyone is well and have a blessed day.
Cold doesn’t do it justice! And then the icy rain started. Not the most pleasant of early walks that but it’s done, it’s in the bank now.

A chocolate day does sound rather wonderful right now but first things first- hot coffee.

I can't have a brew until my milk turn up on the shopping, could really do with one as well, should be here by dinner. Quite like having my shopping delivered, it's cheaper than a taxi and from the comfort of my chair lol

Morning Mascoteers.

So cold overnight that we left the central heating on albeit at a low setting.

2nd good bit of news of the week yesterday when the Government dropped their requirement for a negative test to return to the country. So, we are due to go to the Caribbean in a couple of weeks and my worst fear was having to isolate over there and not being able to return.

Now just have to deal with a mountain of paperwork to go. Truly it is bewildering and I feel really sorry for people even older than us , perhaps less well organised. Very frustrating process especially when your printer runs out of ink.

So will spend today trying to get to grips with them.

Hope everyone has a less stressful day .

I feel for you there T, I would be lost without my first brew of the day.

Agree about home delivery, well worth the money to have Tesco bring it to me rather than fight my way through the aisles.

Feel for you. Really hope your headache clears soon, suffer from migraine myself, It’s an absolute b****r. Agree about the tea, can’t function without that first cup of the day.
