Happy Monday, Blues.

It feels like a new day now that we have no Benitez in charged. Now I’m just wondering who is Moshiri and the board going to appoint next? I really hope their decision is wiser than when they decided on hiring Benitez.

Still early here and very snowy so I won’t be able to drive to the gym this morning. Today is a holiday in the US because it would have been Dr. Martin Luther King’s birthday so everything is mostly closed, specially schools so it will be another lazy day for us, although I hope not to be eating as much as I did yesterday. Once my daughter wakes up, I’m sure she would want to go out and play again on the snow. She had a really good time yesterday but we had to make sure she was really bundled up because she still recovering from the flu and a bad cough. But kids are tireless and fearless so she still wanted to play as much as she could. My husband got to record this video of her going down our driveway that I wanted to share with you all. I didn’t even dared to do such a thing because as clumsy as I am I would have ended with a broken bone so I limited myself to writing silly things on the snow lol

The hardest part is getting going but then once you get started it and begin feeling better and lighter then you will want to continue pushing yourself for more results. I’m not sure what sort of healthy eating you are hoping to accomplish but there are these two profiles that I follow on Instagram that offer great recipes for smoothie meals, that are geared towards weight loss, and the second profile is a place where you can find lots of nourishing healthy food recipes. ‘Virtually’ attended the funeral of a Priest who passed away last week. Liverpool born and what struck me was that he spent his pastoral life ‘helping the people of West Everton, Colombia and Armagh’.

Made me think of here immediately.
