Hello mascoteers!

I hope everyone is doing well. I have been missing coming to the forum the past few days but I’ve been devoting my time on getting ready for my interview which is happening later this morning. I feel very well prepared for it l, so I’m ready to give it my best and tell the committee why im the right person for the job. I decided not to wear a suit because the director that’s hiring for the job usually dresses very laidback and I didn’t want to feel overdressed. So I ended up just wearing a nice shirt with my school colors. And I finished my look with my reading glasses so I look more professional lol

The interview is happening over zoom so I decided to come to my office today so I can concentrate fully.

Saw the Doc today to review my 'fluid on the lung'. He was pleased with progress - keep taking the tablets, and calculated that I had got rid of two and a half litres of fluid. I do feel a lot better and am sleeping better which makes a big difference. Can't handle losing sleep.
Her indoors is supposed to go into hospital today. We are waiting patiently to hear if there is a bed available.

Good morning folks. Still a bit breezy here but I noticed yesterday that the daffodil bulbs I planted last autumn are starting to come up. Spring is on its way! I haven't been required to go to Liverpool. Dad is doing OK, I talked to him last night. My nephew and his daughter had been to see him. She's just had her first birthday and my Dad absolutely adores her. So that had cheered him up no end.
At the gym tonight. I am starting to feel the benefit of getting back into it. My clothes seem a bit looser but it is still like torture. I'm still waiting for this exercise high to kick in. ? ?

That Colombian player is the same lad that we were trying to sign at the end of the summer window but Porto ended up playing silly buggers. Cracking little player they've got their hands on there. At least he can keep Yerry company and him living locally may encourage Yerry to sign a new contract with us.

The other lad they were after, Carvalho from Fulham, looks like he may be a bit special too. He's out of contract in the summer so it will go to a tribunal unless we can come up with an agreed fee. I'd like to see us try and hijack that one. Although he's Portuguese he grew up in London and I'm sure Lampard would have been one of his footballing heroes. We're probably going to be more able to offer him more regular football than Liverpool are and in Lampard we have a manager proven in giving youngsters a chance.

Daughter just took her indoors to the hospital. On my own now for several days. Got a fairly full fridge and freezer so should be OK.
