Im sure you did sass, rooting for you. As for headaches your so lucky, I've suffered bad headaches intermittently all my life, migraine as well but now it's just all the time and really gets me down at times, today's been one of those days, I've had all my painkillers and barely touched it ?

Really feel for you. I’ve suffered from migraines since I was a teenager. Sick every ten minutes for 12 hours followed by throbbing headache and then two days feeling as though I had a really bad hangover. Painkillers were useless and so was anti sickness medication- I was unable to keep it down long enough. One benefit of getting older is they have become fewer and are largely under control with beta-blockers. I can’t imagine what it must be like for you having to deal with migraine as well as your other pain. I do hope you hear back from the doctor and pain clinic soon.?

I do feel lucky because migraines run in my family, both my older brother and younger sister suffer of them regularly. Although nothing like the pain you deal with.

That’s unfortunate that no even the pain killers can help mitigate the pain. Have you heard back from the doctors? I thought you wanted to consult with them about other treatments?

I couldn't get through to the pain clinic, I've changed meds back to the old ones just for the paracetamol but unfortunately when my shoulder is in spasm they barely do anything. Hoping to have some herbal medication tomorrow and might get a bit of relief for a day or two.

Morning everyone. Still struggling, got spasms in my trapezius and under my scapula and my necks is really tight so another day of trying to be comfortable ahead.

Touch wood I haven't had a full on migraine for a while, my headaches can get really bad but migraines as you know are on another level. It bugs me when people have a headache and say they've got a migraine and just cracking on with whatever they're doing. Migraines knock you for 6 and can last days and make you nauseous like you say.

I have been using gel as well but I have run out, going to buy some tomorrow, pain relief gel and every painkiller just about eases a bit.

Morning mascoteers I hope all are well today other than the poor beggers we know who aren't .
It will be sad if @Sassy Colombian has been banned but she does like a flirt -in the face of danger ,I hope they are lenient if indeed she has been punished .
Nice to hear @jazzy has had a great time ,I think his absence has been noticed on here @Barnfred 55 for one has not been as active as normal ,I suppose he still has the Indian take away to look after !
