It certainly is. There are various gardens there as well as the parkland but there’s an admission charge for those. The picture shows the swans on the statue garden lake which glide across the water. They look stunning when the sun catches them. Photo doesn’t really do them justice as it’s a still taken from a video.
Good evening everybody. I think I've just about calmed down after last night. Mr F and I are back on speaking terms - there was almost a divorce over the Allan red card. He's been out today watching the racing in the pub with his mates. Busy day today, work, gym, Tesco shop. Managed to lose my debit card IN THE CAR! Was on the passenger seat and then it wasn't. I've almost pulled the seats apart trying to find it but nowhere to be seen. I mean how can you lose something inside a car. I reckon it was God punishing me for a sneaky lunch time trip to Burger King! ?

I forgot to mention after having blood tests on Thursday I had a call from the doctor yesterday morning ,less than 24 hours after to say all was well except my good cholesterol is not good enough so I have to eat foods that help it such as Burgers, fries, cakes ,ice cream and lots of chocolate ,I wish .
Purple foods ,oily fish , aubergine and avocado it seems helpalong with olive oil.

I’m sorry to hear those news @blue1948 Do you if those infections come from the new BA.2 variant? Here in the US the CDC warned yesterday that this variant continues to spread in Europe and the likelihood is that it may happen here too. However, she also said that vaccines seem to be working well against this variant. Moderna yesterday, and Pfizer a few days before, have already asked for the authorization of another booster dose for adults, so it seems this battle with variants will continue and so does the booster vaccinations, for those of us fortune enough to have accessibility.

Awe, thanks for sharing that video. How nice of the players, but Dunc is such an sweet person. I really love him. I know some fans think he should move on and build his own managerial path somewhere else. But I think our team is better by having his leadership and warm human character around our players.

Nice pics. Lucky you! I love having the opportunity to witnessing wild life when going outing. Although not so much when it is in my backyard. As it happened a few years ago when a black bear managed to get into our fence in yard. Thankfully I saw the bear from our kitchen glass door and waited until the bear left before I dare to go outside again and harvest my tomatoes ? ?

Didn’t you know cars are like black holes that lead temporarily to a parallel universes? ? At least that’s my theory because I can manage to lose things in my car that are not to be found at the moment when they are needed or wanted, just to magically show up at the same place you have been searching for hours at some point later. So don’t worry, it wasn’t God punishing you for that whopper ?
