Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Good morning all, two beautiful days on the bounce in Scotland what a rarity.
My eldest lad's 38th birthday today which makes me feel old.
I'm going to go visit the wildlife at the local ponds around our local housing estate then off to work at 4 today.
Hope everyone has a great day wherever you are and let's face it we're well spread in distance and continents when you stop and think about it.
Happy Birthday, to the LT eldest ?. Hope he has a good day.

Good afternoon, friends.

It is another super cold morning but later today we are going to have another gorgeous day. The past few days the afternoons have been warm and it feels like spring is in the air. This morning when I left the gym one of their beautiful trees has began flowering and couldn’t resist taking this pic with the moon behind it. I absolutely love this time of the year. This morning at work has been fairly slow thus the reason I have the opportunity to post this message. But later this week I have several job fairs and community events so I’m looking forward to my first outing events as a recruiter. My daughter is having a cold so she didn’t go to school today, thankfully I’m still working from home this morning so I can keep an eye on her. I have yet to read or watch what Frank said but given what you all have been posting, it seems he spoke some truth about our players lacking some character and one can only hope this tough talk will drive them to do better ??

Have a beautiful rest of the day everyone! ☀️??

Best wishes to your son and your family.

Lovely here in Kilkenny today. Nice and sunny and my daffodils are at their best

Well I am obviously biased. However, I love this country, it's landscape and it's people to bits.

I couldn't live anywhere else. At this stage more than half my life as a Dubliner living in the countryside near the beautiful medieval city of Kilkenny...I have had the privilege of singing in St Canice's Cathedral choir. Kilkenny means Cill Channaigh - the church of St Canice. He also spent time in Scotland and the name Kenny comes from him!!

I still enjoy visiting other countries although I find airports more stressful as I get older.
I have always felt a connection with Irish people, for some reason I feel that your lively character is very similar to Colombian’s. I’ve also watch many traveling documentaries and the landscaping is truly magnificent. We also have some good friends who are American Irish, her grandpa migrated from Dublin to New York City. So once again there are many reasons why I would love to visit Ireland. Amazingly flying from Asheville to Dublin is very affordable so we will make it there for sure in the future.

I agree, I really enjoy traveling but I also find airports and airplane traveling stressful.

Happy birthday eldest lad of @larbert toffee Hope he has a lovely day.

Lovely walk over to and up the coast nearly 2 1/2hrs and my legs are shot. finding it harder and harder to do long distances, which is crap as in good weather I like being out with Daisy. Having pain around my hip and pelvis so going to see the Dr I think as I seem to be deteriorating ffs.
Oh that's rubbish. Best to get it checked out though.

First of 5 hospital appointments tomorrow, over the next 2 weeks. 4 at Ascot and 1 at Slough. Slough is the endoscopy which is on Sunday next. Son in law is taking me to that one. My two daughters share the load on the other four.
A pity they don’t have a loyalty scheme where you get a free stethoscope or something ?

Seriously though, that is a lot of appointments in such a short space of time. Still, maybe best to get all tests over quickly and then the sooner you forget about them.

I hope Mrs M is doing OK.
