Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

No you hadn't mentioned it Blue. TBH I had to google it and it sounds absolutely awful. especially for a young child growing up as other children can be so cruel. Luckily in Cornwall most of the kids seems to be brought up very well. Do sufferers have a shorter life expectancy? Presumabky they will seeing as it can affect some of the major organs.
Yes it depends on the condition of his heart I think , which atm doesn't seem to bother my son .There are are physical signs and he has had cochlear implants meaning he has two hearing aids and he is not developing as a "normal " three year old . Very sad to see and that is why I need to get over to hug him .

Good day everyone, 2 hours until the sh1tehwaks spoil our weekend lol Must needed win today please COYB!!

Hope you're all well today. I've booked an appointment to have my hallway fitted with vinyl, coming on the 12th. About time I got my act together and got some decorating done and floors sorted out. I genuinely hate decorating and have put it off and put it off painting, the hall, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom still all need decorating and flooring put down.

I'm on it, it will start to be done this year.
Have you thought about what colours to use ,I had a friend and he told me he had painted his living room purple and orange ,I had to see it !! It turned out just as I thought but he was correct that it was very soothing to sit there . I think it was an Indian idea -not sure -.
Just trying to say all this feng shui might have a benefit for you ,yes I know feng shui isn't Indian ,is it ?

Hey @Sassy Colombian the garden is taking shape aside from the destruction that the dog has brought to the lawn. The 'tropical' plants are out from their winter rest and tomato, chilli, basil and rocket seedlings are ready to be repotted.
Nice that the garden is taken shape, except for the destruction to the lawn. What do you do about that? I was wondering when I saw Jazzy’s sea of daffodils how he also deals with his dogs not getting into those beautiful flowers. Yesterday our new cat managed to get into my net covered garden bed and I’m afraid she took a poo ? Later this morning im going have to do some digging and clean everything up. Our old cat knows not to messed with it but she doesn’t so Im trying to train her otherwise she is going to be in trouble with me if she continues using my garden beds as her litter.

We need to see pics of the tropical plants and of your garden paradise :)

Still no idea ,have I told you my grandson has noonan's syndrome ? Anyway it means I must get over as soon as because I don't feel good not visiting they also have two girls and as the youngest arrived this year I haven't seen her either .Writing this makes my want to go even more .
Hadn't heard of that Blue. Just had to Google it. Hope he isn't too badly affected by it.

I have been having a battle at the rear of the lawn area as there is an ancient beach that is truly beautiful and creates a magical cave of foliage through the summer but it makes access to light difficult for the area of lawn under its shade. The area that our four legged lovely lunatic uses to reach top speed has been torn up and compacted. I had blacked his route but the missus quite rightly pointed that one of his great passions is legging it up to the back of the garden. I have bought a load of seed but am thinking I may returf the lot with a hardy grass.

Good luck with your battle. I know you will be triumphant! And don’t be shy and show us a pic of your four legged lovely lunatic ?

Couldn't resist taking this photo of our sea of daffodils planted in the new Arboretum. Back breaking work to plant so many bulbs but worth it when they put on a show like this. Hopefully in 5 years or so the trees will become the stars!View attachment 161016
Stunning, just love daffodils, my favourite flower. Do you have acid soil? The plant on the left looks like a rhododendron.

As with the others I had to Google the condition. Get over as soon as you can, Grandad cuddles are the best or so my grandchildren tell me, I try not to mind.lol

Well I have copper blush in my front room, went for a warm colour. I only have magnolia on hand so that will do for now, I've been living with bare walls and bare floors for a few years. I bought those DIY tiles for the kitchen but they're really rubbish and so I will be getting vinyl there as well.

I don't know when i will be able to afford the bedroom as I will have to use a different company as they won't move any furniture this one and no way I can move my wardrobe on my own it's a great big oak wardrobe.
