What do think about ghosts then ? I have no other explanation than that I have seen one .Loved it, very thought provoking. It does push me further down the road of believing we have always had a guiding hand on us from the stars.

75% of Finland is forested ,you would love it .We can walk for mile upon mile and not see a person .The smell and peace of a forest in bloom is food for the soul.
I do believe in ghosts but only ever had one (I suppose) paranormal encounter. I was sat feeding one of our kids and a tiny ball of light just shot across my face and into the wall. My little lad spat his bottle out of his mouth and reached for the light with his hand so he definitely saw it too. What do think about ghosts then ? None taken, didn't even notice anything to take offence at blue, probably my posting style,Of course I meant no offence before ,Daisy's clock will stay at 5am as she cannot tell the time I am sure .
In Finland which in parts has 6 month long nights it is one of the main causes of suicide ,some people here want to emigrate to get more daylight . It is a serious problem for some .Me I am lucky in so far as I just take it as it comes ,the same with the weather but I know it is not the same for others .
You can't just leave it hanging there Blue. Details please. What do think about ghosts then ? I have no other explanation than that I have seen one .

Pretty bad if someone was winding her up
Did the postman have a black and white cat?I bit of a story but we were stranded in the fells of the lakes ,two cars and one went off for petrol, luckily we stopped right next to an AA roadside telephone .As it was opened there was a notice inside saying "if you have run out of petrol there is a garage about 5 miles down the road .
It was around midnight and off they went after an hour or so we were getting quite cold ( December ) and wondering where they had got to another hour passed and we thought they had gone home without us but we could do nothing about it until morning .
Then a red postoffice van came up the road and an old guy got out and said that our friends were coming soon and we thanked him and off he went .
When they arrived back after about another five minutes one guy said "I bet you were all worried " I said "well yes until the postman stopped to say you were on your way back" he said they had spoken to no one at all that when they got to the garage it was shut but they got directions to the next one which was miles away .
A couple of years later on the way to a match a guy in the bar said he knew me and it was from this selling encyclopaedia job ,I said oh yes that was a good wind up but he promised they never met anyone that night .

Definitely being sent a message from Nik, just letting you know she is always there with you.I had two experiences of "sommet" in the weeks after Nikki passed. Plus a few that could be filed under "Maybe". One defied the biology of a plant, and the other confounded medics, then nurses, then a doctor.
For 18 months whilst she was being cared for at home, I would do the washing up, circa 2.00 pm. She knew that, cos I would say to her to shout louder or call me if she needed anything. In the kitchen, I would look out on a non descript piece of the front meadow while doing the dishes.
Anyrate, a few days after she passed, (October), I was doing the dishes, looked up, and in full bloom was a plant I had never seen before. Anywhere else, front or back, I could have missed it. But it was directly in my eyeline. I had never seen it before, (20 years of mowing), but literally, could not miss it. It was one slender stem, topped with a load of white buds, each had a blob of blonde on them. Nik was slim, pale skinned, and blonde.
I looked it up. It is called Yarrow, and its a kind of heather. And according to English folklore, back in the day, "fair maidens would pick yarrow, and put it under their pillow to find their true sweetheart".
Its also called the "nose bleed" plant. More of that reference another day, but the plant, Nik, Sommet, saved my life a week or so later.
