Not to mention we have to drop several yards deeper to compensate for him in the side

Pickford doesn`t trust him either.

Which means he has one eye on him, waiting for him to cock up, which in turn distracts him or means he`s out of position.

I really don`t get why people are feeling sorry for him.

He may be a " nice lad ", but he`s just another of Koeman and Walsh`s mistakes and either needs time out of the first team to work on his game / rebuild his confidence or punting in January.

You cant blame Pickfords bad performances on Keane.

If your a CB and your not within 3 mtrs of the player your supposedly marking from a cross , that's having a good game? It cost us 2 points.

Still don't think he was mainly at fault, he was left alone marking two players in the box?
You could say how come the ball was allowed to be crossed with no pressure on the crosser?

Overall a good game, an improvement from past performances.

You're right. We've got some terrible fans, some of the worst in PL imo. Utterly clueless about football and can't wait to hound players out of club. There's a few on here and they're desperate for Keane to fail.

Utterly clueless about football and utterly deluded about your status.

Poisonous fan base. No wonder people take the kick out of you for your booing and your fume. I don’t think you know the meaning of the word “support”.

Holgate put him in that position.

I actually think it was partially Ganas fault. The guy who doubled up on Keane was being marked by him, he then ghosts more to the left and then into the gap. Not sure holgate knew he was there.

Could maybe say Keane should have been more vocal

Surely the pertinent question would be why he was nowhere near either of them.
Is that not just the blame Keane mentality though? Should never leave him with two players, the defence as a whole is to blame, not just Keane

was defo caught out for their 2nd goal. should of read the cross a lot better AND already be tight to his man.

he ended up heading fresh air and leaving his man for an easy finish

If you’ve ever played centre back and you’re left with 2 men to mark from a cross, you’re told to split them.

I’m not a Keane fan, but to blame Keane for being at fault there is either a Keane hater, or someone who’s never played in defence/attack/football before.
