I thought he looked better today.

Yeah, not sure where the criticism is coming from. Thought we looked ok at the back with him and Holgate and the goal came from stupid zonal marking which never seems to work so not blaming anyone for that but the manager.

So much sharper and aware and made some great blocks.

Saints are pap but such an improvement.

His tendency to switch off reared its' ugly head again and cost us another goal by needlessly giving them that set piece to score from and he can't pass a ball, at all.

Along with Pickford still apparently waking up from his World Cup dream, he was one of the few black marks today. Mina/Zouma can't come in soon enough.

Just back from the match. Don’t know which game some of you were watching, but we gifted at least 5 clear chances.

Silva “did the right thing”, but he could justifiably replace that entire back 4 next week.

Absolutely not. Holgate is young & still learning. If Mina isn’t ready, I’d place him with Zouma next week.

Keane is slow in every sense. Lacks positional sense, aggression. Not good enough.

He did OK but pacey players terrorise him. They just run past him when the ball goes long. If we are to get better defensively we need to CBs with presence and more pace than Keane can offer. If we ever play deep then I have no problem with him but 30 yds and above in front of his own goal he becomes very vunerable. It needs to change.

No, we haven’t thankfully & I get that Silva wants to show respect. Added to the fact Mina & Zouma have only trained for a few days (dunno what happened to Digne).

...but let’s not be under any illusion. Where it not for poor finishing, we could have dropped 2 points today, maybe 3.

Garbage. He played well again today. Should have scored first half though.
