Holgate at RB and Godfrey at LB with Mina and Branthwaite at CH might not be the worst approach to sort the defence out. We need to stop conceding goals.

A MF 3 of Gomes, Allan and Doucoure with Gray, Richy and DCL in front have enough about them to create goals without fullbacks bombing forward.

Worst of the worst. Our players must be petrified when he's in the side. Think he's got about 4 years left on his contract at well.

A note of caution. We have a thread on here about depression. Keane has openly suffered with depression, had a traumatic head injury previously and has zero confidence or mental strength as soon as something goes against him. I’m all for binning him off and not wanting him in the side again, but let’s be a bit more aware when slinging certain comments around.

Impossible.

He's on a long term contract and was already on big wages due to his 30m transfer. You don't command a fee of 30m and earn a pittance. Got his contract extension, somehow, and was probably rewarded for 4 years of massive underperformance with a decent pay rise.

Now everybody knows he has suffered from serious psychological problems and is scared while on a football field. His performances are pathetic and no club in the world would be prepared to line his pockets with anywhere near as much as we are currently doing.

He's just another one here until his contract ends.
