The only thing you can accuse Holgate of is not having 3 eyes, as he'd need one to watch out for the oaf's mistakes all game

This is called fibbing.

He had a very good spell last season, probably his most consistent period of his Everton career. It didnt last and he fell to a state of putty towards the end of the season.

Any form he was showing went once he got dropped from the England squad in March,maybe during his facetime call with Gareth Waistecoat to find out why he was left out he didn't like what he heard,any fragile confidence he had went west along with his form for the rest of the season....

Look on the bright side, two or three times a season he will have a bad game, however he has got it out the way in a game we won 3 1, so really it didnt damage us and I'm sure Rafael will have an expert word with him.

If you buy a centre half from Burnley, you get a Burnley centre half. He is very good defending deep where his man can’t turn him and leave him for dead, if, however, he tries to push up his lack of pace and slowness on the turn will always catch him out, also, if he is put in a position where he needs to think, he will often make the wrong decision.

He is good when he is defending in a low block system and when defending instinctively. He is not so good in any other system. He suited Ancelotti’s system well, I am not sure about Benitez’ system as he will probably not defend as deep as Ancelotti did.

What if you sign a centre back from hull? Like Leicester did maguire

Southgate got England to the final and only lost on pens. I tend to agree with his assessment of available defenders and Keane probably does too

Not a myth at all, watch back how many last minutes blocks and tackles he made to save us when trying to hang on to a boring draw or win, we defended deep and it suited him he but to say it was a myth is nonsense,
