There was shock and surprise when he was brought back into team (even with the Dyche links). More shock and surprise when he unleashed a rocket and played decent for a couple of games. No surprise at all that one single mistake sent him straight back to zero confidence and composure with his trademark blank face as the opposition wheel away in celebration. The mistakes then increase game by game, to the point that he’s even singled out as a weird selection BEFORE a big game by Sky. Has been his problem all his life.

Don’t really mind him being brought in as Coady had 2 consecutive howlers. But the moment Keane gives a goal away, he has to be taken out for a while. He’s either on an okay run of games (be honest - this sometimes does happen), or he is a panicking penalty conceding timebomb. He has no in between, never has.

The problem with 3 at the back is that it'll just become a 5 and we won't look like scoring in a game we need to win. The other problem is that Michael Keane is still on the pitch so expect Brighton to be gifted chance after chance.
