I am hoping that giving him time in the team may help get him a move before the weekend.
Clubs will start to get desperate as the window closes and a defender playing in the premiership may entice someone in for him.

I doubt even the most desperate of desperate are going to look at a defender who has shipped 7 goals in 2 games and think “he’s the one”

That’s why he won’t move, he’ll never get, anywhere else, the ridiculous wages he has been paid at Everton, he’s here until the 7th of July 2025 when he gets his last pay cheque. He lives in a £3M valued house, some useless people are just born lucky!

Why didn't he learn the first time he took him out for Mina when forced and our results improved???? Or last season when we lost five games?? Michael Keane is not good enough. I would rather play one of the kids.

We were down 7 players vs spurs. That game was a write-off before it ever started. If he keeps playing him going forward, when there are other healthy bodies available, then I will complain more vociferously.

Would seriously consider him as a makeshift centre forward only. He's not a defender but could be useful as a target man at best for the last 10 mins, can finish.

Been saying that for years. He can also thread a beautiful pass. What he doesn’t do well is defend.
