2017/18 Michael Keane

Vast majority of Burnley fans thought Mee was the key to their defence, not Keane. This is proving to be true as the loss of Keane hasn't affected them one bit, if anything they are better.

He played for England and almost scored a terrible OG too.

We overpaid for almost every player we signed because we were so short sighted
I think you've missed the point I was making. I'm not talking about nearly og's or 'better' Burnley defenders. He was selected
to play for England, clearly in preference to Mee, before the possible og incident.

In summary, he's a player who's shown that he's of above average ability in his area of expertise. That's how you get picked for your country.

I don't think he'll be leaving Everton in the near future, and I've no doubt, well, not much doubt that he'll soon show us his real ability.

Oh, I'm not questioning your opinion that we overpaid for some of the players we bought, but who hasn't?

Again, hard to judge him with the current team devoid of tactics and playing in between Barnes and Williams.

I thought it was quite easy, he was crap. It doesn't matter who is alongside him, he has a job to do which he is failing. The basics are being missed by him.

If hes that good as people suggested he would be the standout player in a bad team. Hes actually the worst player in a bad team

Defensively wise and on the ball he's been as bad as Williams/jags

but he's not made as many errors leading directly for goals as Williams

on a serious note, anyone managed to keep note of how many errors leading to goals Williams has made?

I reckon it's got to be at least a dozen this season, at least
