Nah, wouldn't feel right.

Besides my eldest lad is there now planting stuff on the grave.

I'd rather not have the money and know that my lad was getting some comfort from knowing where he's buried.

Imagine picking up, storing and taking a dog that had been squashed to the vets, just to claim

Our dog got ran over at the weekend, so just been going through the insurance documents to cancel the policy.

I didn't realise the policy covered his death.

To claim for his death I would've had to take his body to the vet, get the vet to pronounce him dead and get a death certificate.

This would've meant storing his body over the weekend, then booking the first available appointment at the vets, whenever that may have been, storing his body some more and then taking his body to the vets.

FFS, talk about harrowing.

I'm just glad I buried the poor little fella straight after it happened.
