Anyone who pours Guinness badly should be grateful to have it pointed out - it allows them to improve. I won't pay for a badly-poured one, and have no qualms about asking for it done properly.

This happens to me all the time and is infuriating. When I try to log into some site I don't go to that often and I get a failed password notice but no mention of the password rules. A simple "our password requires a capital letter, or a capital and special character" will give me enough information to figure out what my password is.
