I was taking a massive gamble typing into a search a name Bungle gave me whilst sat at work..
I think i will quit whist im ahead.

This happens to me all the time and is infuriating. When I try to log into some site I don't go to that often and I get a failed password notice but no mention of the password rules. A simple "our password requires a capital letter, or a capital and special character" will give me enough information to figure out what my password is.

Also, why does every online password have to be asterisked on the screen? Surely most people use the internet at home or on their phone.

And does EVERY password need to be so secure? It's only really financial stuff that needs it.

I use the same passwords for most things anyway as i just can't remember them anymore.

I never even knew until recently that my ipad is also linked to my son's ipad also. Sort of mirrors it cos we have same itunes account or something.
Anything i view.. he sees in his browsing history.

I wouldn't let anyone see my history for all the tea in china, but he saw it all the time up until very recently..

This exactly. Some of the most cryptic password requirements are for completely inconsequential items. It's insanity

I try to use the same passwords as well - which is why when it tells me I'm wrong, I need to know why it's wrong (need a capital, need more numbers, need a @, etc.) Infuriating
