All of the North Circular (and fwiw the A12) is like that. The South Circular would probably be like that as well if people could travel above 15mph on it.

I use it every day from about 7am-7.40am and 6pm-7pm and it’s always bad but today everyone outdid themselves. There’s always people doing 40 in the 50 zones in the outside lane. You flash your lights and beep but they take no notice which angers people further. The A12 is bad too, as is the A13. I wish I could get the tube to work but it’d take me twice as long.
