minor things that make you fume

I'm assuming that the building is now locked up and no one is there anymore ?.

If that's the case, try typing the address into google and see what comes up. There may be some contact details there / names ?

If nothing relevant comes up, maybe a trip to the library to look it up in the electoral register.

Also, this may sound drastic, but a private investigator, will find them for a fee, normally about £150 maybe a bit less.
Get someone to break in on the sly.
We're all thinking the same here.

The address comes up with their old building rather than the new one they moved into less than 2 or so months ago.

As I've said though the woman supposedly in charge completely parred me off and has me on ignore now, claiming to be nothing to do with it.

I'm sure the Old Bill would look on him favourably if he got caught :

" I'm sorry officer, I'm looking for clues as to the whereabouts of my lost art lol "
No mate.
Just a hoody, a can of spary and some paints.
Tell the bizzies your Banksy and the property was already open.

Start with a visit to the old building.

They may be forwarding mail to the address they've done a bunk too.

The problem you have is that the likes of the gas, lecccy, post office won't tell you anything about who was paying the bills due to data protection etc.

A Private investigator has a licence that gets around this.

Or do you have any mates in the police, who can have a look off the books ?

I'll check out the old building when I go into town then, scope it out.

They have an office in flint, it's the only physical premises left apparently.

That's a starting point.

I don't know what the contract said, but if they've taken taken your stuff, without your permission and vanished, it could be worth reporting it to the police as theft ?

Contract stated that work not collected on days xyz would go into storage, collected then with a fee, and if further not collected then auctioned off.

I had tried emailing and calling them to let them know I couldn't make those days, with no reply - come to collect only 1 day late because it was my only option (ready to pay storage fee) and the place is closed down.

Speaking to woman in charge on fb she reiterated to me about storage, but claimed because they closed there is no storage and thus it's 'gone'.

Turns out they closed 3 weeks before the exhibition end too, see no reason whatsoever why they wouldn't contact me to say things have changed etc.

Not only that, a woman I know who used to work there told me she was in fact emailed about them closing and telling her to collect her work. So wtf? Oh and they haven't paid wages since May....
