minor things that make you fume

I understand the lazy arses, who don't pick it up, because as you say they are tramps, who are undoubtedly clad head to toe in Sports Direct finest.

The people I don't get are the ones who pick it up and then lash the bag somewhere.

They've done the bad bit by picking it up, surely putting it in a bin is the easy bit ?????
Yeah that’s even worse . Baffles me that . Meffs

Someone mentioned it this thread a while ago and ever since then I've been noticing this loads...people walking out in front of moving cars. I don't even mean at a crossing, just people walking into the middle of the road. They usually shoot you an arrogant glance and quite often they are looking at their phone.

Is this a new thing or have people always done it?

Notice this quite a lot. Always seems to be young adults on their phones as you mentioned, most of the time they have a small child with them too.

When I lived in London it appeared hanging the bags from trees and bushes had become the fashion.....but then it was Camden.

Try deleting your system cache. This doesn't lose any data (or shouldn't) or settings. Google how to stating your phone type.
My Samsung involves switching off, then switching in again while pressing home and volume up (or is it down?). Then it boots into a mode where you have options, one if which is 'clear system cache

Phone inevitably runs better if you do this every now and then.

If its still poor, I've done S factory reset once or twice. Make sure you back up whatever stuff you want first though, as it wipes everything.
Good thing is, once you set it up afresh it will automatically reload all your apps from google.
Given your post above I’m surprised to hear that you have a mobile phone.
