Football commentators who can't pronounce foreign names correctly. It shows they haven't done any homework which is unprofessional as well as being a bit disrespectful.

You don't get it in any other broadcast sport in my experience. Why is that?

Even worse when the player has been asked how to pronounce his name, to which he replied 'Looka Deen'

Then nearly every commentator continues to say 'Lucas Din-yay'

It's pure ignorance.
Of course there is a lobby that says when in Britain it's perfectly OK to pronounce foreign words as they look to us. That's as maybe.
But in the commentators' case it's just ignorance.
