The problem is that people dont understand the many reasons why someone can be exempt. So its embarrassing for me to suffer the comments and bad vibes. The reasons for my exemption are not things I'd want to tell a stranger cos it would make them bad having to hear it. People should be taken on face value.

I downloaded it to my phone cos the actual website ran out of sending the card form out.
