minor things that make you fume

Drivers who drive just slowly enough to irritate you, but then put their foot down to get through traffic lights that have started to change, causing you to stop whilst they disappear into the distance, and then clearly slowing down again as you pull up.
There are some selfish gets on our roads! (Fume!!!).

Plantar Fasciitis. The medical term for heel pain. I've been suffering from it for the past fortnight. Unable to put weight on my left hoof and I'm hobbling about like a cripple. Thing I'm fuming about is there's hardly anything you can do to remedy it. The usual rest, ice pack elevation etc is cancelled out by the recommendations to exercise.

Had that a few years ago. Absolute agony, especially first thing in the morning. Nothing helped, it just goes away as suddenly as it came. Had it for months though

Especially when they've pulled out on you in the first place making you slow down. Custards.

Exactly that.
You're in a Catch 22 in that the medics say exercise and stretching will ease matters, but that only resting will speed up recovery. I must have gone through a dozen packets of Ibuprofen in the meantime.

People who walk their dogs on those long retractable leads, a lad and his bird walking by the kerb with a wire stretched across the footpath with their dog on the other end sniffing piss on the wall, am I suppose to wait or 'kin skip, standing there while they reel it in like a fish then chuckle and say 'sorry mate'
I nearly flattened someone’s dog as they were crossing a road and the dog was about 5 metres behind them on one of those leads.

Have you tried orthotic inserts mate, there`s loads of stuff on sale that you can buy that`ll help ease the pain ?

You probably already know this, but never walk in your bare feet with it, as it makes the pain worse.

Get a pair of " slides " for walking around the house in.

You can get proper " recovery slides " from the likes of Hoka, which runners use after they`ve been running.

They`re like regular slides, but with much more cushioning - which means quite a bit more expensive ( £30 )

I think I'm gonna have to do something on those lines. It's been bad again today, although not as bad as last few days. It's the over-compensating for the ailment that makes things worse. Hip pain, knee pain, I think I'm ready for the knackers yard as my old fella used to say.
