I’m opening myself up a bit here but you’ve just described me very well. Recently diagnosed with ADHD and when the same crap songs come on it makes me feel miserable. So I’d be well up for that.

At least they were on sale, but £160 isn’t exactly loose change is it.

Same, late diagnosed adhd with spd. But really known for a while. It really is hard to explain just how much it hurts, hearing the same rubbish over and over. Noise cancelling headphones really are a life saver.

Hope it’s under a bit more control for you now mate. I had to leave my last job because the lads wouldn’t stop playing Capital FM full blast every day. I know all the words to every Harry Styles and Lewis Capaldi songs without any say in the matter.

I’m in the process of starting my own company largely to shield myself from it. Seems there’s always one builder who wants to turn the site in to a festival and I’m sick of it.
