Used to love going to the gym at teatime before the evening crowd got in, we used to have telebikes so I’d plug my headphones in and do 15-20 miles on the bike whilst watching the chase … halcyon days

Used to really like the square ones. They were a joy.
Other than that, use 2 wraps, overlap them to the middle.

I worked on a kitchen making hundreds of these. Don’t overload the filling and wrap tight.
