Women in supermarkets who block the entrance/exit/aisles while they gossip to their mate who they haven't seen since yesterday. Add to that the ones (probably the same brain dead females) who push their trolly out of the shop at funereal pace, blocking the way for the 10 mile tailback behind them. Get a move on woman, some of us have more important things to do than follow your snail pace progress out of the shop

You would hate Spain. I can't remember experiencing that in England. Maybe isolated cases involving 'hard lads'. It happens all the time in Spain and really pisses me off. It might be just a couple walking two abreast and whereas (normally) in England one of the two will slow down or speed up a touch to go into single file for the 2 seconds it takes you to get past, here, they don't. Ever.

I often go on match threads during matches to check out the score, but it seems that every poster assumes that every other poster on the thread is watching the match. I know it's not their job to tell others the score but I often encounter a sequence of posts along these lines..

At which point I log off and go on the Guardian site to see what's happening.

In Hull used to get that a lot, sometimes in London too (Tooting, Mitcham). Depending how psycho I felt at the time I'd either stand my ground or swerve.

Don't miss those times if I'm being honest. Here in Germany everyone's very respectful of people's personal space.

We have wheelie bins in the drive way, but the bin men won't take them unless I mover the a matter of inches so they are not on the driveway.

Now if they had to walk up the driveway, I would agree....but a couple of inches.
