Ring them up and got through to an Indian fella who said unplug your router whilst I make some important changes, put me on hold for ten mins and came back and went how is your internet now and I said it doesn't work... He said I've made the important changes it should work now and I said how have you made these changes when my router was unplugged and still is?

Was it Henry? I love when I call my cable company because the Internet just stops working and I get to speak to "Henry." I hate the nonsense of "we refreshed your signal so it should work." WtF does that mean? If there is the potential that my modem will disconnect from the Internet entirely because a signal needs to be refreshed, why don't you just have it programmed so everyone's signal is refreshed every so often? I guarantee that will save a lot of people's precious hours calling and being on hold, as well as allowing the companies to not hire so many useless employees

Maybe he wasn't making changes to your router? Who knows how it all works behind the scenes.

Awful. Simply awful. Makes your legs feel like they're made of lead. I especially hate the start and end where it curves, and the steps change height. Feels incredibly unnatural.

There is a carrot shortage at the moment, something to do with rabbits having invested in small JCB like digging machines, the blighters are robbing thousands & thousands of carrots each day from farms all over the country.
