Parents who dress their infants up head toe In Prada, Armani etc. Pointless and a complete waste of money, as the child will be out of those £100 trainers in 3 mths.

Walking into Sainsburys and realising the woman who always tries to talk to me is working. I'm in there all the time so she knows I don't need stuff double bagged or that I don't care about the weather or her bloody weekend.
Now this shouldn't really make me fume as she is probs a nice woman just being polite. But fume I do.
When I was a rebellious 16-year-old working at Starbucks I would put the change on the counter if the customer did. It's rude both ways. I'm not going to pick up the change off the counter as they watch. When a cashier puts your change on the counter instead of in your hand ffs!

Obviously if you hand them the change then they better hand it back. It's their job to be courteous.
There is a carrot shortage at the moment, something to do with rabbits having invested in small JCB like digging machines, the blighters are robbing thousands & thousands of carrots each day from farms all over the country.
Hahaha. I drove out to Minneapolis when a friend was over from England. It was during a World Cup so we went to a pub type bar. Some old English lady hears our accents and says hi and asks where I live. I tell her the city and she replies with "oh you've got a lot of blacks there huh?" I made some sort of noise as kind acknowledgement that I'd heard here but unsure how to even respond. She left our company shortly after and we got back to drinking. When I was a rebellious 16-year-old working at Starbucks I would put the change on the counter if the customer did. It's rude both ways. thats just racism brought on by people's circumstances how and were they have grew up . Not really bad IMO it's just how certain places are .Hahaha. Also that is just a statement of fact (in her mind). She may harbour racist views, but merely saying a city has a lot of black people isn't exactly racist.thats just racism brought on by people's circumstances how and were they have grew up . Not really bad IMO it's just how certain places are .
It was said in a manner that it was a negative thing that we had a large black population. Given that she was about 70 it's not really shocking just that it was nearly the first thing out of her mouth that threw methats just racism brought on by people's circumstances how and were they have grew up . A few weeks ago I helped an old lady get something down from the top shelf at the grocery store. She didn't say much other than "thanks" until her daughter came back into the aisle. I'm about 15 feet away and I hear, "these Japs are real helpful these days." Dafuq?Hahaha. I drove out to Minneapolis when a friend was over from England. That's what I mean though being that old and living in an obviously white area all her life she knows no different .It was said in a manner that it was a negative thing that we had a large black population. The daughter looked at me in horror and I just laughed it off. My grandparents on my dad's side are bad too, so I cannot judge. They live in Hong Kong and assume any white people there don't speak Cantonese or Mandarin. We were behind a group of about five British people and my grandmother said "I wish the round-eyes would hurry." They all turned around. I apologized more times in that minute than I did previous months.Lol that's fantastic.
