Fillings!!

Filling fell out the other day (ironically when I was using one of them Te-Pe things the dentist recommends).

Booked an emergency appointment for today and got a temporary filling. Go home, eat some lunch - temp filling gone, now left with a BIGGER hole than before.

Not much worse than a massive hole in yer mouth and your tongue probing away at it....

That is one of the greatest things ever posted on here.

Half of my family does that. Apparently it's a thing in Chinese culture to be loud while eating if you want to show you enjoy the meal. It drives me up the wall and I try to find excuses not to eat with them.

TV shows ( mainly, as films have a continuity person ) set before now, where some under 40yrs writer puts in something that is totally wrong for the era because it's all they have ever known and therefore it must've always been so...example; uk detective show set in 1966 alluding to breakfast tv. or in writing 1930's politician wondering about 'The fall out' from such and such decision or action.
