DIGITALLY REMASTERED STUFF.

Listening to old reggae on spotify and it keeps playing the remastered stuff, it is crap. So clean and crisp and totally missing the point. Same with the Star-Wars digitally remastered films.

Fully agree with this for music that wasn't intended to be clean. If it was recorded in one shot by the full band then any imperfections are part of the song. Few Beatles songs like this.
I'm ok with them removing poor quality from stuff that was intended to be clean though.

Yeh, it's just a money spinner. People go out and buy albums they already own acos it has been remastered by some geek behind a mixing desk type thing.
