minor things that make you fume

That's not minor mate. It's a huge problem, which is getting worse.

I interjected once when, what I assume was her mum, shouted, "get here you f ING little sl*t" to a little girl who could have only been 3 or 4. Naturally her meathead partner told me what he was going to do with my head, again with the expletives.

As said these kids have no chance and that's extremely sad.

Couldn't agree more mate and I also think their behaviour is a statement / power thing to everyone else :

" I behave and say what I want - what are you going to do about it ? ".

You can see the change in their kids at school. Up until the age of about eight they're like every other kid in the school, then by nine / ten they've become mini versions of their parents including the language and aggressiveness.

Some people really shouldn't be allowed to breed full stop.

And they're the type that have 10 kids and have never had a job in their life.
