Toilet seats. Specifically, ones that don't stay up when you're trying to have a wee. Ones that wait til you're mid-flow, then drop of their own accord, leaving you carry on weeing whilst the falling seat batters your wee everywhere, or worse, having to cut it short.

And don't get me started on when the toilet seat slips out of your grasp as you're lowering it, making a noise so loud it registers on the Richter Scale. My ears are still ringing from this happening this afternoon.
