minor things that make you fume

Lettuce and fish, very healthy Squire.

Well all I am eating today is 1 pre-packed salad, a pack of 150g cooked chicken, a handful of peanuts and a pretzel and that's it between 8am and 7pm.
don't think i could go to that extreme haha

is there any nuts that don't taste like nuts? I don't like the nut taste, only pistachios when they are salted. So is there any that you can eat that don't have the nut taste to them?

and not donuts haha
 
Porridge for breakfast every day; drink large amounts of water; jacket spud for lunch. Cheap as hell and guaranteed to keep you feeling full.
i do normally have porridge (not this week for some reason, not sure why).

I avoid potato apparantly. not good for a lunch i was told, so fish and salad lunches when i buy them in advance. Protien and veg.

I do like jackets though.
 
Typifies the blame culture. The teachers were probably terrified incase they injured her.
They are probably specifically prohibited from taking any action in that scenario. I have worked at schools where the head will not allow teachers to put a plaster on a child, and doing so would see the teacher concerned facing disciplinary steps. In that environment I'm sorry but you cannot blame the teachers.

So since then i have avoided them and mainly go for salads.
Fair enough. I know zero about your specific dietary needs so I won't disagree. Are you allowed rice, pasta, cous cous, that kind of thing?

I swear by jacket spuds as a source of carbs, but that's because I try to avoid carbs later in the day and I can microwave a spud at work for lunch. Chopped raw pepper, diced cucumber, shredded carrot and some tinned mackerel.... *drooling

Just trying to lose weight, can eat whatever i want but going off advice has got me to salad (obviously) and fish (for the protein).

I mean i don't avoid it entirely, get one as a healthy alternative every now and again, like in asda on sat. hot dog, pizza, or potato, so went with potato.
